Dopo 20 anni nasce la PRINZ BRÄU ITALIA SPA che riunisce le 4 società esistenti con sede a Crespellano via PAPA GIOVANNI XXIII N. 27 con atto notarile del 30.12.1981 come si legge nella Visura Storica CCIAA 6.
La chiusura dell' Ufficio di Rappresentanza di Firenze il 01.11.1983 come si legge nella Visura Storica CCIAA 7.
La chiusura e vendita dello Stabilimento di Bitonto (BA) il 31.12.82 come si legge nella Visura Storica CCIAA 8. Attualmente si produce la BIRRA CASTELBERG dalla ADRIATICA INDUSTRIE ALIMENTARI SPA.
La sede legale della PRINZ BRÄU ITALIA SPA viene trasferita in viale Aldo Moro 38 - BOLOGNA (BO) Italia il 21.01.1984 come si legge nella Visura Storica CCIAA 8.
La chiusura dello Stabilimento di Ferentino (FR) e di Carisio (VC) il 14.02.1987 come si legge nella Visura Storica CCIAA 9.
Qui cominciano i passaggi di proprietà. La WOLFSBRÄU SPA acquista la PRINZ BRÄU ITALIA SPA .
Entrano nel Consiglio di Amministrazione della PRINZ BRÄU ITALIA SPA : come Presidente il Sig. Alecce Pasquale (Roma) , come Amministratore Windish-Graetz (Austria) e come consigliere Porcacchia Gianguido, il 14.02.1987 come si legge nella Visura Storica CCIAA 9.
Viene nuovamente trasferita la sede della PRINZ BRÄU ITALIA SPA da Bologna a Roma in via P.Frisi 23 (residenza di Alecce Pasquale) e creata una sede secondaria in Crespellano (BO) via Papa Giovanni XXIII n. 27 il 21.07.1987 come si legge nella Visura Storica CCIAA 10.
La WOLFSBRÄU SPA di proprietà delle Famiglie Alecce e Windish-Graetz ha uno Stabilimento a Balvano (PZ) zona industriale di Baragiano, dove produce la birra WOLFSBRÄU e ora anche la birra PRINZ sotto la supervisione della PRINZ BRÄU ITALIA SPA come testimonia una etichetta del 1989 scadenza 03.1990.
