Il nome della birra è PRINZ BRÄU e utilizza un logo specifico per l'Italia, per distinguerlo da quello tedesco utilizzato dalla BINDING BRAUEREI AG (Oetker) producendo la birra su licenza della PRINZ BRÄU GMBH (Oetker) di Dortmund (Germania). Nascono 4 birrifici nei successivi 4 anni + un ufficio di rappresentanza.
Il primo costruito nel 1962 in via Buronzo a Carisio (VC ) Italia, lo si vedeva percorrendo l' Autostrada.
La Società di nome era PRINZEN BRÄU SPA CARISIO diventato poi PRINZ BRÄU CARISIO SPA costituita il 16/02/1961 come si legge nella Visura Storica CCIAA 1
Il secondo costruito nel 1963 in via Papa Giovanni XXIII n.27 a Crespellano (BO) con società PRINZEN BRÄU CRESPELLANO SPA poi PRINZ BRÄU CRESPELLANO SPA costituita il 20/12/1962 come si legge nella Visura Storica CCIAA 2
Il terzo costruito nel 1965 in via Stazione 140 a Ferentino (FR) con società di nome PRINZ BRÄU SPA FERENTINO poi PRINZ BRÄU FERENTINO SPA costituita il 20/09/1963 come si legge nella Visura Storica CCIAA 3
Il quarto costruito nel 1966 in Strada Statale 98 a Bitonto (BA) con società di nome PRINZ BRÄU BARI SPA costituita il 16/11/1965 come si legge nella Visura Storica 4
In seguito l' apertura di un Ufficio di Rappresentanza in via San Gallo 74 a Firenze (FI) presso Palazzo Pandolfini il 15/5/78 come si legge nella Visura Storica CCIAA 5
